QUEEN


Jameyrae Valdivia
is from Rock Falls, Illinois and is a History major. She is President of the history honorary society, Phi Alpha Theta, serves as the ASMC Vice President, and is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma where she is Marshal. Jameyrae is also the Mortar Board Philanthropy Chair and is a part of Monmouth’s Improv Troupe.

Emily Manassah
is from Plainfield, Illinois and is a Psychology and Spanish double major. She is a member of Pi Beta Phi as well as Psi Chi and Alpha Lambda Delta honorary societies. Emily is a Career Assistant in the Wackerle Career and Learning Center and is a Research Assistant for the Psychology Department. Emily is an occasional contributor to the Courier.

Mallory Misener
is from Mazon, Illinois and is a Sociology major with a concentration in Human Services. Last year, she was the Homecoming Princess. On campus, she is involved in Kappa Kappa Gamma as their Public Relations Chairman, is in Order of Omega, and the Blue Key National Honor Society. She also works as a Scots Ambassador, giving tours on campus and running Admissions’ snapchat account on Fridays for “Fun Fact Friday.” Off campus, she has volunteered at Safe Harbor as a mentor for four years.

Callie Cook
is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa and is a Business Admin major. She is the President of ASAP, a Freshman Orientation Leader/Mentor as well as a Student Ambassador. Callie is the President of Mortar Board and is the Vice President of Public Relations for Alpha Xi Delta. She is the New Member Coordinator for the Blue Key National Honor Society and is a member of the Order of Omega Greek Honor Society.

Diana Rubi
is from Peoria, Illinois and is a triple major in Political Science, International Studies, and Spanish. Currently, Diana is the Vice President of Programs for Alpha Xi Delta, is a Career Assistant in the Wacklerle Career and Learning Center, and a writing tutor. In addition, Diana enjoys being involved with the Office of Intercultural Life and the Office of Religious & Spiritual Life.

Paul Engo
is from Chicago, Illinois and is a Business major and Communications minor. He plays basketball and is also a part of Campus Outreach and FCA.

Thomas Burkhead
is from Hampshire, Illinois and is a Music major with a focus in Vocal Performance. He serves as the Zeta Beta Tau Chapter President and Chorale President. He is a member of the chamber choir, the National Association for Music Educators, Rotaract, and he is a part of the Student Review Board.

Dan Evers
is from Sugar Grove, Illinois and is an Environmental Science major. He is a track and field athlete and is also part of the Environmental Club.

Alec Higgs
is from Farmington, Illinois and is a Business Administration major with a History minor. He focuses a majority of his time on school work and spending time with his girlfriend, Mallory, who he has been with since their very first college class.

is from Pekin, Illinois and is an Accounting and Business Administration double major.

Alison Gustafson
is from Kewanee, Illinois and is a Biochemistry major with a Spanish minor.

Kate Ryan
is from Naperville, Illinois and is double majoring in Business
Administration and Economics.

is from Elgin, Illinois and is studying Public Relations with a minor in Art.

Tate Heiple
is from Pekin, Illinois and is a Communications and Public Relations double major with minors in Journalism and French.

John Hintz
is from South Pekin, Illinois and is working towards a major in Business Administration.

Billy Savage
is from Hickory Hills, Illinois and is a Political Science and Theater double major.
